RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Returns
All orders are subject to our 14-day returns policy. The returns period starts from the day you receive your order. It costs DKK 49 to return your item, which will be deducted from your refund.
We will only accept your return if the following conditions are met:
- The returned items appear as new.
- The 14-day return period has not expired.
- The items have not been exposed to perfume, make-up or smoke.

Please note that it is not possible to return items to our warehouse without using our returns portal.
Exchange
We offer FREE EXCHANGE if you have purchased the wrong size or simply want to exchange your clothes for something else. The exchange period is also 14 days.

We cover the cost of one exchange per order. After the first exchange, it costs DKK 49.
Credit card
We offer free return shipping when choosing a refund for a store credit. If you choose this option, you will receive a store credit for the price of the ordered item + 10% extra, i.e. if you have purchased a product for 500 kr., you will receive a store credit for 550 kr. Your store credit will be linked to your email, and on your next purchase, you simply need to choose to use "store credit" at checkout. Create a return with a store credit .
The gift card is valid for 12 months.

How do I return an order I previously exchanged?
When returning an order that you have previously exchanged, you must use the same order number.
When will I receive my exchange?
Your exchange will be shipped once you have submitted your return package. This will happen within 1-3 business days after the return package has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your exchange has been packaged and forwarded.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 14 days from the time your return package arrives to be processed. Please note that there may be extended processing periods during holidays or public holidays.
Can I return two orders together?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two orders together, as our system does not support this function, and you will therefore only receive the money back for one order. If you want to save return shipping, we offer, for example, an exchange for another item or a return for a credit note.
