2. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE

Our terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to our delivery of our goods to you when you order/purchase an item on our website.

We encourage you to read our Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering an item from us.

We may change and update the Terms and Conditions from time to time with effect for your future purchases on our website. Therefore, you will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions every time you shop with us.

If you do not accept our Terms and Conditions, you cannot order goods on our website.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT and other taxes/duties.

The total price you must pay for your item(s), including any shipping and taxes/fees when paying by credit card, will be calculated before you complete your order.

Your delivery costs vary – depending on which delivery method is selected/offered for the delivery of the item in question. You will be informed of the delivery costs before you complete your order.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay with Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and MobilePay.

You can also pay with our gift card. However, you can only use one gift card per order.

5. ORDERING GOODS ON OUR WEBSITE

Our webshop at https://ngoodso.dk is open 24 hours a day, but it may be closed due to maintenance. We of course try (as far as possible) to maintain our webshop at night.

If you place an order on the weekend or public holidays, your order will not be processed until the next business day.

We will only accept your order if your payment information is correct and if we have no reason to believe that the order will be used for illegal activities or that you do not meet the requirements of our Terms and Conditions.

5a. When are you bound by your order?

Before you click "Pay Now", you have the opportunity to customize your order and your information.

When you click "Pay Now", you will be bound by your order and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Should you make a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service who will try to help you. If you have regretted your order, you have 14 days to cancel (read more about your right of cancellation in the "Right of cancellation" section below).

5b. When are we bound by your order?

We are only legally obligated to deliver your order once we have sent you a shipping confirmation via email. Until then, we have the option to refuse your order, for example in the event of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, technical issues or other circumstances that make it impossible for us to fulfill the order.
If you only receive an order confirmation, it does not mean that a binding agreement has been entered into - only when you receive shipping information is the agreement binding on us.

6. DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have chosen when ordering.

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Please note that delays may occur and we cannot guarantee same-day delivery in all circumstances.

However, custom-made items or items that are not in stock may have a longer delivery time. This is stated on the product page when purchasing. You may also find that during particularly busy periods we indicate a longer expected delivery time for specific items.

You can choose between the following types of delivery; DAO and GLS. All orders to countries other than Denmark will be sent with PostNord.

We reserve the right to exclude certain delivery methods from certain addresses and time intervals. You will only be able to see the delivery methods that you can choose for your delivery address when you complete your order. We reserve the right to deliver to a different delivery location than the one you selected if the delivery location you selected is full. If this is the case, we will deliver your order to a delivery location selected by the carrier.

If we do not have all the items in stock that you have ordered, we may ship the items that we do have in stock to you first. When we get the items in stock that you need, we will ship them to you later. You may therefore experience that we ship your order in several batches.

We bear the risk of your item(s) until delivery.

7. DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT GOODS

If your item is defective, or if we have delivered the wrong item to you, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can find our contact details in your order confirmation or at the bottom of our website.

If your item is defective, or if you have received an incorrect item, you have the option to choose between:
a) to return the item and get your money back,
b) to return the item and get a new equivalent item (if the item is in stock)
c) to keep the item and receive a proportional discount -
In order for our customer service to help you if you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must provide your order number and a complete description of what is wrong with the item.

In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect item that you need to return, we will bear the costs of returning the item to us.
-
If your product is defective, the rules of the Danish Sales Act regarding defects apply.

8. COMPLAINT

Complaints about a defect in your product must be made directly to us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.
-
There is a 2-year warranty period, and as a consumer you must therefore file a warranty claim no later than 2 years after delivery of the goods. If the warranty period is not observed, your right to claim defects will lapse, unless we have undertaken to guarantee the goods for a longer period.

When returning, all parts of the item must be sent back to us.

When you return an item to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly. You bear the risk of the item until we have received the item back in hand (physical possession). We therefore recommend that you keep your receipt for sending the item.

If the value of the item has diminished, we will deduct the diminished value from the purchase price you paid for the item before you receive a refund of the purchase price.

Requests for return packages must be made no later than 10 days after the expected delivery date. If this deadline is not met, the case may be rejected and the return package will therefore not be processed.
- We of course grant a right of complaint in accordance with applicable legislation. However, please note that complaints do not cover damage that has occurred as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or lack of maintenance.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable to you if, after your order, circumstances arise that prevent or delay our fulfillment of your order. Such circumstances include external circumstances beyond human control, war, mobilization, breakdown of telecommunications/customer infrastructure, external security incidents (e.g. hacker attacks, computer virus attacks or destructive behavior of a third party), natural disasters and natural conditions that make it impossible to fulfill your order/purchase, strikes, lockouts, fires, blockades, vandalism, orders from public authorities and/or copyright holders, outbreaks of epidemics or pandemics, global health emergencies, and other circumstances over which we have no direct control.

We do our best to update the website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. However, spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.

12. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

If a problem occurs with your item, or if your item is defective, you should first contact our customer service.

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your problem with a product, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal. If you want to file a complaint with the Center for Complaints Resolution, you must have sent your complaint to us first. It may be a good idea to send us a written complaint so that you can document that you have complained if the Center for Complaints Resolution requests documentation. To file a complaint, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to the Complaints Portal to have your complaint processed.

You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. 14. DISCOUNTS, OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

- Discounts, offers and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise expressly stated. Therefore, it is only possible to use one discount or promotional code per order.
- When returning parts of an order where a discount has been obtained ( e.g. volume discount or bundled solution), the original discount will be waived . This means that the retained items will be subject to the normal price and the refund will be adjusted accordingly .
15. COMPETITION TERMS
We love to treat our customers to fun competitions! To keep it all fair and transparent, we have put together some simple rules. By participating, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

You must be 18 years of age and have an address in Denmark (unless otherwise stated).

Each person can participate once unless otherwise stated. Attempts to cheat will result in disqualification.

Each competition has its own rules – e.g. draw or first-come, first-served. This is always stated in the announcement.

We check that the winner meets the conditions.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable unless otherwise stated.

If the prize is physical, we will arrange delivery - shipping is paid by N'goodso. If the prize cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar one.

The winner will be notified directly as soon as possible after the competition ends. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours (or the specified deadline), we will draw a new winner.

We reserve the right to change or cancel competitions in the event of technical errors, fraud or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for technical problems that prevent participation.

The competitions are not sponsored or administered by third parties unless stated.

Any tax matters related to the prize are the winner's responsibility.
