Delivery policy at N'goodso

At N'goodso, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable delivery of your orders. Here are some important points about our delivery process:

  1. Order Processing: We will process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. This includes packing and preparing for shipping.

  2. Delivery time: Once your order has been processed, we usually deliver within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information so you can follow your package.

  3. Shipping Options: We offer five shipping options:

    • DAO Pakkeshop: You can choose to have your package delivered to a DAO Pakkeshop near you. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your package whenever and wherever you want.

    • DAO Home Delivery: We also offer home delivery with DAO, where your package is delivered directly to your address. This is ideal if you prefer to have your items delivered to your door.

    • GLS Parcel Shop: You can choose to have your package delivered to a GLS Parcel Shop near you. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your package whenever and wherever you want.

    • Burd Home Delivery: If you order on a weekday before 12:00, you can have your package delivered the following weekday.
    • International delivery: If you order from a country other than Denmark, we also offer international delivery, so you can have your package delivered wherever you are in Europe.
  4. Shipping costs: Shipping costs for orders under 699 DKK will be disclosed at the checkout during the checkout process.

  5. Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders of 699 DKK or more.

  6. Other: Please note that you as a customer are responsible for covering the costs of having your order resent if it is returned to us as the sender because it was not picked up from a DAO or GLS Parcel Shop.
