Return and Payment Policy
Payment, return, exchange and complaint policy at N'goodso
At N'goodso, we value customer satisfaction, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or complain about a product, we offer a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of your order. ATTENTION! due to black week, Christmas and New Year, you can return up to and including 5 January 2025. After 5 January, our 14-day right of return applies again. Our return policy must still be met in order to return. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Payment:
When you pay for your order, the money will not be debited from your account until the item(s) you ordered have been packed and shipped. With a pre-order, the money is withdrawn from your account as soon as the order is received in our system, which happens within approx. 24 hours.
Return:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To start the return process, please contact our customer service at kontakt@ngoodso.dk with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our customer service will then guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please be aware that you as a customer must cover the costs for the return shipping. The return label is issued by us and costs DKK 49, corresponding to DAO Home Delivery, and this shipping cost will be deducted from the refund of your payment. It is not possible for you as a customer to send to our shipping address yourself, this must be done with our return label.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs and the price of the return label.
Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange:
If you want to exchange your product for another size or another variant, simply contact us at kontakt@ngoodso.dk , where our customer service will guide you through the process. When exchanging, you must pay the shipping costs yourself.
Complaint:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, simply contact our customer service within a reasonable period of time to initiate a claims process. When you apply for a complaint, it will speed up the process if you attach one or more pictures.
Depending on the situation, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective product, including any shipping costs.
