Delivery policy

Delivery policy at N'goodso

At N'goodso, we strive to give you the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable delivery of your orders. Here are some important points about our delivery process:

  1. Order processing: We process your order within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. This includes packing and preparing for shipment.

  2. Delivery time: Once your order has been processed, we usually deliver within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information so you can track your package.

  3. Shipping options: We offer five shipping options:

    • DAO Parcel Shop: You can choose to have your package delivered to an optional DAO Parcel Shop near you. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your package when and where you want.

    • DAO Home delivery: We also offer home delivery with DAO, where your package is delivered directly to your address. This is ideal if you prefer to have your items delivered to your door.

    • GLS Parcel Shop: You can choose to have your parcel delivered to an optional GLS Parcel Shop near you. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your package when and where you want.

    • Burd Home delivery: If you order a weekday before 12.00, then you can have your package delivered the following day.
    • International delivery: If you order from a country other than Denmark, we also offer international delivery, so you can have your package delivered wherever you are in Europe.
  4. Shipping costs: Shipping costs for orders under DKK 799 will be indicated at checkout during the checkout process.

  5. Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders of DKK 799 or more.

  6. Other: Please note that you as a customer are responsible for covering the costs of resending your order if it is returned to us as the sender because it was not collected from a DAO or GLS Parcel Shop.

We deliver to customers throughout Denmark and most of Europe.
